Brand Director

Michael has spent his career working with global brands at some of the top integrated ad agencies in London. This includes extensive strategic, marketing and brand campaign experience working in partnership with Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and the award winning MasterCard “Priceless” campaign.

Head of Client Services

Laura is an experienced marketing specialist, having worked across a wide range of marketing and communications environments both client-side and agency-side. With experience spanning many industries but with a focus on financial technology and financial services, Laura is responsible for ensuring the first-class delivery of the agency’s strategic level digital and creative projects.

Dave has 20+ years experience within the digital and technology sectors. Previously a director of a number of digital agencies he has also occupied senior change positions within the public and corporate sectors. He is currently a non-exec director at a number of agencies and a senior adviser at two funded start-ups.

Tim Mander

Head of Design

With an impressive design background and over fifteen years’ experience as a creative lead and designer, Tim works comfortably across digital and print environments on collateral such as websites, marketing and social campaigns, large scale print advertising and physical displays. Having worked across multiple markets from global blue-chip to start-up organisations, Tim’s passion and expertise lies in working in partnership with clients to understand their business, their customers and their needs, before developing and delivering impactful and engaging creative solutions.

Oli Hunter

Head of Digital

Oli has substantial experience of bringing marketing automation, digital and IT projects to fruition both in-house and agency-side, with particular focus on tech, public and financial services sectors. As Head of Marketing Automation Oli leads the dedicated Marketing Automation team, utilising the latest tools and innovations, achieving maximum engagement and conversions for digital marketing campaigns.
