New brand identity and global re-positioning

In the ever-changing technology industry, it is vital for telecommunications brands to stay at the forefront of their field. Despite the buzz surrounding new VoIP technologies, VoIP Unlimited was losing connection with its audiences, and the brand and its communications had become outdated.

The brand needed a contemporary brand refresh and a new way of talking about how they lead in the telecommunications industry.

How we did it

VoIP Unlimited has existed for almost two decades and challenges some of the largest providers in the UK, including BT and Virgin, so it was vital they could stand out among the telephony giants.

We revisited VoIP Unlimited’s visual identity and took the business back to what they really do for customers: simplify communications. By working closely alongside the team, we ensured this was reflected in their new brand identity, strapline and over-arching proposition.

Following this initial phase of creative ideation and brand development, we went on to assist VoIP Unlimited with the launch of their rebrand through the implementation of a new corporate website.
